1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

1. Installation of the Bear Paw Kit must be in accordance with Alpine Aerotech LP (AAL) Installation Instructions AAL-290-095-001, Rev NI, dated April 24, 2025, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved April 28, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with AAL Flight Manual Supplement AAL-290-095-401, Revision NI, dated April 24, 2025, TCCA approved May 1, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with AAL Instructions for Continued Airworthiness AAL-290-095-701, Revision NI, dated April 24, 2025, or later TCCA accepted revision.
4. Definition of the Type Design Change is listed in the AAL Master Data List AAL-290-094-001, Revision NI, dated April 24, 2025, TCCA approved April 28, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
