Design Data Set, Doc # DDS-2025-001, Issue A, dated April 2, 2025, or later European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) accepted revisions.

1. This Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Mecaer Aviation Group S.p.A. Owner's Manual (Instructions for Continued Airworthiness), Doc. # 6A6HWNM-2-4, Issue 001 dated February 3, 2025, or later EASA accepted revisions.

3. Operations must be in accordance with Mecaer Aviation Group S.p.A. Supplement to Rotorcraft Flight Manual Doc # 6A6HRFM-1-4, Revision 0, dated January 15, 2026, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the Limitations section of the Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description section.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Airbus Helicopters H160-B is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters H160-B as shown on Type Certification Data Sheet (TCDS) R00009RD for areas not changed or not affected by the change.

• Equivalent Level of Safety (ELOS) findings have been made for title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 29.807(c) (Amdt 29-30), documented in ELOS Memorandum ST19548IB-R-C-1, ELOS Finding for Passenger Emergency Exits – Other than Side-of-Fuselage on Airbus Helicopters (AH) Model H160-B Rotorcraft, dated September 17, 2025.

• ELOS findings have been made for title 14 CFR 29.807(d)(2), and 29.807(d)(3) (Amdt 29-30), documented in ELOS Memorandum ST19548IB-R-C-2, ELOS Finding for Ditching Emergency Exits for Passengers on Airbus Helicopters (AH) Model H160-B Rotorcraft, dated September 15, 2025.
