2. Maintenance is to be performed in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), FreeFlight Systems # ICA-00006, Revision A, dated December 12, 2025, or later FAA-accepted revision.

3. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS), FreeFlight Systems # FMS-00002, revision IR, FAA-approved February 5, 2026.

3. A copy of this certificate and documents cited in this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

4. There are no airworthiness limitations associated with this type design change.

5. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the "Limitations" section of the RFMS, FreeFlight Systems # FMS-00002, revision IR, FAA-approved 02/05/2026.

6. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make-Models listed.

Based on 14 CFR §21.17(a), § 21.115, §21.101 and FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this non-significant modification to AS350 rotorcraft installed with a FreeFlight Systems 5G Tolerant Radar Altimeter is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for areas unchanged by the modification is shown on Type certificate Data Sheet H9EU, Revision 26.

b. The type certification basis for areas changed or affected by the modification since the application date of July 7, 2025 is determined to be Regulations at the amendment level in TCDS H9EU (27-1 through Amendment 27-10):
