1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. Installation of the Modular Instrument Panel must be in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Heliwelders Canada Ltd. document # INF-350-39-INST Rev. A, dated June 05, 2025, TCCA approved date November 13, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Manufacture of the Modular Instrument Panel must be in accordance with TCCA approved Master Drawing List document # XL24021-MDL Rev. A, dated June 12, 2025, TCCA approved date November 13, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with TCCA approved Heliwelders Canada Ltd.
document # INF-350-39-ICA Rev. IR, dated August 12, 2025, TCCA approved date November 13, 2025, or later TCCA accepted revision.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Airbus Helicopters AS350B3.
Certification Basis:
Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for modified Airbus Helicopters AS350B3 is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters AS350B3 is shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) H9EU for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters AS350B3 for parts changed or affected by the change is shown on TCDS H9EU with the following exceptions:
