SR12380LA 08/05/2026 Limitations and Conditions (Continued):

This approval is for the structural provisions of an external load mount utilizing existing External Stores Support System (ESSS) mounts located on the right hand side of the rotorcraft.

The mount is rated for a 600 pound external load and other aspects of the external loads systems have not been certified. Additional FAA approval is required for civil external loads operations as specified in 14 CFR Part 133 or equivalent operating requirements.

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) listed in FAA Approved Model List (AML) No.

SR12380LA, dated August 05, 2026, or other FAA accepted ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR12380LA, dated August 05, 2026 must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
