1. Utility Basket Kit Installation must be in accordance with Alpine Aerotech LP (AAL) Installation Instruction AAL-390-045-001, Revision NI, dated November 7, 2025, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with AAL Flight Manual Supplement AAL-390-045-401, Revision NI, dated December 3, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with AAL Instructions for Continued Airworthiness AAL-390-045-701, Revision NI, dated November 7, 2025, or later TCCA accepted revision.
4. Definition of the Type Design Change: AAL Master Data List AAL-390-044-001, Revision NI, dated November 7, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.
4. Operation must be in accordance with the limitations section of the flight manual supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.
Certification Basis:
Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for modified Bell Textron Canada Limited 407 is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Bell Textron Canada Limited 407 is shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) H2SW for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the Bell Textron Canada Limited 407 for parts changed or affected by the change is shown on TCDS H2SW including later amendments for aircraft equipped with the Garmin G1000H system.
