1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. Camera Replacement Installation must be in accordance with Heli-One Master Drawing List (MDL):

H1CS92-00445-1001, Revision -, dated February 17, 2026, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Heli-One Flight Manual Supplement (FMS):

H1CS92-00445-1801, Revision -, dated January 30, 2026, or later TCCA approved revision.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Heli-One Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Supplement (ICA): H1CS92-00445-1601, Revision -, dated January 30, 2026, or later TCCA accepted revision.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model modified in accordance with FAA STC SR02597NY-D or aircraft incorporating Sikorsky Option Kit 33792-51702.

4. Operation must be in accordance with the Limitations section of the Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.
