2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. Installation of an AEM MTP136D Panel Mount FM Transceiver must be in accordance with the applicable Modification Order as shown on the attached FAA AML No. SR12427IB.
2. Operation must be in accordance with the applicable Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement as shown on the attached FAA AML No. SR12427IB.
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with the applicable Instructions for Continued Airworthiness as shown on the attached FAA AML No. SR12427IB.
4. Definition of the Type Design Change is defined in the applicable Master Data List as shown on the attached FAA AML No. SR12427IB.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make-Models as shown on the attached FAA AML No. SR12427IB, except Bell Textron Inc. Model 412EPI derivative of Model 412EP (serial numbers 37002 and subsequent) are excluded.
4. Operation must be in accordance with the Limitations section of the Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.
5. The aircraft must be equipped with an existing VHF FM antenna and radio mounting provisions installation that meet the requirements specified in the Modification Order as shown on the attached FAA AML No. SR12427IB as a prerequisite.
