Part 25 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

The Flight Deck Avionics Modification includes antenna installations (TACAN, INMARSAT, UHF/VHF), E90005 rack and IFF APX-119 installations on Boeing Model 737-700 series airplanes in accordance with Greenpoint Technologies, Master Drawing List (MDL) No.:

G7300-DL-01, Revision E, dated January 29, 2007, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision.

1. Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.

2. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.

3. A copy of this certificate and Greenpoint Technologies Master Drawing List Master (MDL) No.: G7300-DL-01, Rev. E, dated January 29, 2007 or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

6. Significant portions of the type design and compliance data submitted for issuance of this STC is based upon data previously approved by the FAA for similar Supplemental Type Certificate ST01087WI-D issued by Boeing Designated Alteration Station DAS501296-CE. Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. has obtained and holds this data with permission of the Boeing Company under licensing agreement.
