Installation of a second SELCAL channel in accordance with Master Documents List No. ESCCCD006, Revision -1, undated, or later ANAC approved revision; operated in accordance with Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), document No. H.02-3499-0/ANAC/2010, Revision IR, dated November 19, 2010, or later ANAC approved revision; and maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document No. ESCMTD003, Revision IR, undated, or later ANAC accepted revision.

A copy of this certificate and the AFMS shall be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

The approval of this type design change should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.
