We have completed our evaluation of your Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) project for installation of floor proximity emergency lighting on Boeing 737- 200 serial number 22733 per your application dated May 24, 1993, and find that you have satisfactorily demonstrated compliance with the applicable certitication regulations. Accordingly, we have enclosed SIC S100025SE for the installation, in accordance with Flight Structures, Incorporated Master Drawing List 93FS232-D04, Revision A, dated September 21, 1993.

This STC is official Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approval of your modification and is subject to the limitations noted on the certificate.

As recipient of this approval, except as provided in FAR Part 21.3(d), you are required to report any failure, maltunction, or detect in any product or part manutactured by you that you have determined has resulted or could result in any of the occurrences listed in FAR Part 21.3(c). The report should be communicated initially by telephone to the Manager, Airframe Branch, ANM-120S, telephone number (206) 227-2770, within 24 hours after it has been determined that the failure has occurred. In addition, written notification to the Manager, Seattle Aircraft Certification Office, ANM-100S, at the above address is required. FAA Form 8010-4 (Malfunction or Detect Report) or any otner appropriate format is acceptable in transmitting the required details.
