Installation of Lockheed 319 Flight Data Recorder and Fairchild A-100 Cockpit Voice Recorder in accordance with IAL Modification List ML 100013, Rev. D, dated September 4, 1993.
1. The Canadian Department of Transport approved Flight Manual Supplement WW-IAL-1 dated September 1, 1993 is required with this modification.
2. The Canadian Department of Transport approved Flight Manual Supplement WW-IAL-2 dated September 16, 1993 is required with this modification.
3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Israel Aircraft Industries Ltd., 1124, Serial No. 357 only. This does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
