2. The EASA approved Airworthiness Limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced in the Description of the Type Design Section of this STC is mandatory.
3. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the operations limitations section of the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design section of this STC.
4. This STC is only applicable to all serial numbers for this make-model.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
6. Maximum passenger seating capacity is limited to 15.

7. Configuration A and B:
a. Installation of "CL-600-2B19,Structural Provisions for Cabin Completion approved with STC ST04719NY is required prior to the installation of this STC.
b. The Limitation "Installation of Ferry-Kit M/S TC 601R16990" given on FAA STC ST04719NY is no longer applicable after installation of this STC.
8. Configuration B:
a. Installation of "CL-600-2B19, Structural Provisions for AeroH Antenna System" approved with FAA STC ST04720NY, is required prior to installation of this STC.
b. The Limitation "Installation of Ferry-Kit M/S TC 601R16990" given on FAA STC ST04720NY is no longer applicable after installation of this STC.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification are as follows:
a. The Type Certification basis for the CL-600-2B19 series is shown on TCDS A21EA-1 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
