0724-02-A-ICA-R03, Rev. 3, dated February 3, 2022, or later EASA accepted revisions.

3. Operation must be in accordance with Aeroconseil Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement Doc. No. 0724-02-A-AFMS-R03, Rev. 3, dated February 3, 2022, or later EASA approved revisions.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. Operation must be in accordance with the "Limitations" section of Aeroconseil Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement referenced under the Description of the Type Design section.

5. Applicability does not include ATR 42-500 '600 version', ATR 72-212A '600 version'.

6. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make/Model aircraft.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for ATR – GIE Avions de Transport Régional Model ATR72-101, ATR72-102, ATR72-201, ATR72-202, ATR72-211, ATR72-212, ATR72-212A aircraft as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the aircraft is shown on TCDS A53EU for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for the aircraft is shown on TCDS A53EU for parts changed or affected by the change plus the following 14 CFR exceptions:
