The following documents are required for MDL BAS67010052-003 and -005 configurations of this STC:
Airplane Flight Manual Supplement BAS67040031, Revision (J), dated July 9, 2013, FAA approved August 29, 2013, or later FAA approved revision. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, BAS67010052-ICA-1, Revision (B), dated June 24, 2013, FAA accepted August 29, 2013, or later FAA accepted revision.
The following documents are required for MDL BAS67010052-007 configuration of this STC:
Airplane Flight Manual Supplement BAS67040031, Revision (K), dated August 15, 2022, FAA approved August 15, 2022, or later FAA approved revision. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, BAS67010052-ICA-1, Revision (C), dated July 15, 2022, FAA accepted August 15, 2022, or later FAA accepted revision.
Certification Basis (continued):
The certification basis for this STC is in accordance with Type Certificate Data Sheet T00003NY with the following exceptions:
1. Regulations at a later amendment than specified in TCDS T00003NY:
14 CFR 25.981(a)(3) Amdt 25-102 applies for the MDL BAS67010052-007 configuration.
2. Regulations not included in TCDS T00003NY:
14 CFR 25.856(a) Amdt 25-111 applies for the MDL BAS67010052-007 configuration.
1. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent record for the modified aircraft.
