- Doc No. A-23-02/228-AFM, revision IR, dated June 30, 2002 or later EASA approved revisions.

- Doc No. A-25-02/230-AFM, issue 2, revision 0, dated January 05, 2022 or later EASA approved revisions.

- Doc No. A-26-02/225-AFM, issue 1, revision 1, dated August 12, 2022 or later EASA approved revisions.

- Doc No. A-52-02/226-AFM, issue 2, revision 0, dated January 05, 2022 or later EASA approved revisions.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc. No. A-00-02/218-ICA, issue 2, revision 0, dated April 5, 2022 or later EASA approved revisions.

2. The EASA approved Airworthiness Limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced in the Description of Type Design Section of this STC is mandatory.

3. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the operations limitations section of the Airplane Flight Manual Supplements referenced in the Description of Type Design section of this STC.

4. This STC is applicable only to serial number MSN 32915. You cannot use descriptive data from this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Boeing 737-800, MSN 32915. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.

5. If the holder agrees to permit a person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give this person written evidence of that permission.

6. The airplane, MSN 32915 is not operated for hire, or offered for common carriage.

This provisions does not preclude the operator from receiving remuneration to the extent consistent 14 CFR part 125 and 14 CFR part 91, subpart F, as applicable.

7. This interior is installed per drawing DMM.0025-00-00- or Drawing DCQ.00.25-00-00.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification are as follows:

a. The Type Certification basis for the Boeing 737-800 series is shown on TCDS AW16E for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The Type Certification basis for the Boeing 737-800 series is shown on TCDS A16WE for parts changed or affected by the change with the following exceptions:

FAA exemption 7923A, granted on August 10, 2022 for relief of §25.785(j), requirements for aisle firm handholds in cabin and bedrooms.
