Installation of Simmonds Precision Products Fuel Quantity Indicating System incorporating a volumetric top-off function in accordance with Simmonds Precision Installation Drawing List No. E-3248, Revision B, dated November 2, 2004, or later FAA-approved revision.
1. Simmonds Precision Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. 10037-AFM-01, Revision 2, dated March 22, 1996, or later FAA-approved revision is required and must be carried during all flights.
2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Goodrich document no. T3065-0005-0101, Revision D, dated March 10, 2004, or later FAA-accepted revision, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.
3. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
