Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Rockwell Collins, Inc. Pro Line 21 Avionics System in accordance with:

(1) Master Drawing List RCA-0208-001, Revision E, dated November 10, 2010;

(2) Airplane Flight Manual Supplement RCA-0296, Revision -, dated November 10, 2010;

(3) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness RCA-0209, Revision D, dated November 10, 2010;

or later FAA approved revisions to (1), (2) or (3).

(4) Airplane Flight Manual Supplement RCA-0210, Revision C, dated November 10, 2010;

or later approved revision to (4).

(1) The Adaptive Flight Display part number 822-1753-381 is required for civilian registered aircraft.

(2) Operational suitability under 14 CFR Parts 61, 91, 125, and 121 has not been evaluated. This aircraft may not be operated in the United States under those regulations until this evaluation has been accomplished by the appropriate FAA Flight Standards Aircraft Evaluation Group.

(3) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

(4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
