2) Maintenance in accordance with Lufthansa Technik for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Supplement document A-00- 20/47-ICA Issue 01, Revision 00, dated August 25, 2020, or later EASA accepted revisions.
3) Operation must be in accordance with Lufthansa Technik for Operational Requirements Document BDF01-25-OR-001, Revision 5, August 20, 2020.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) The EASA approved Airworthiness Limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Supplement referenced in the Description of the Type Design section of this STC, is mandatory.
4) The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the Operating Limitations section of the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR § 21.115, § 21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is as follows:
The existing type certification basis for Airbus S.A.S. A319, A320, and A321 Series aircraft as shown on FAA Type Certification Data Sheet A28NM for parts not changed or not affected by this change.
