2. The EASA approved Airworthiness Limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced in the Description of the Type Design Section of this STC is mandatory.

3. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the operations limitations section of the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design section of this STC.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification are as follows:

a. The Type Certification basis for the A318, A319 and A320 series is shown on TCDS A28NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The Type Certification basis for the A318, A319 and A320 series is shown on TCDS A28NM for parts changed or affected by the change except for the following:
