Modification List No. ML100201, Rev. B, dated January 7, 1994.
1. The Canadian Department of Transport approved Flight Manual Supplement, Doc. FAL10-IAL-21, dated February 2, 1994 is required.
2. Innotech Aviation Ltd. Maintenance Manual Supplement Doc. No. MMS-FAL10-IAL-61, dated January 7, 1994 is required.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
