The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the limitations section of the AFMS referenced in the Description section and maintained in accordance with the airworthiness limitations section of the ICA referenced in the Description section. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This STC is applicable to all serial numbers of Boeing 737-700, -800, -900, 900ER.

Certification Basis:

The certification basis for this modification is based upon Part 25 as specified in Type Certificate Data Sheet A16WE, except for areas changed or affected by the design change, for which the certification basis is Part 25 thru Amendment 25-108.
