2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of the permission.
3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document KA1295-2025 entitled: "Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for APX-119 IFF Transponder System in Viking Air Limited Model DHC-7-() Airplanes, Revision IR, dated August 30, 2012, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.
4. A copy of this certificate and FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document KA1295- 2023, Revision A, FAA approved December 10, 2012, or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
5. Modes 1, 2 and 4 of the APX-119 IFF Transponder are for Military/Public operations only.
