1. Installation of the KU Band Satcom System must be done in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd.
Master Drawing List MDL21033, Revision N/C, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved June 22, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Operation must be done in accordance with Skyservice F.B.O. Inc. Flight Manual Supplement FMS21033-1, Revision N/C, TCCA approved March 31, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
3. Maintenance must be done in accordance with Skyservice F.B.O. Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA21033-1, Revision N/C, dated May 05, 2022, or later TCCA accepted revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make and Model.
4. Compliance with the "Airworthiness Limitations" section of the ICA as listed in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC, TCCA approved April 4, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision, is mandatory.
5. Operate in accordance with the "Limitations" section of the Flight Manual Supplement as listed in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.
6. FAA STC #ST00929NY is a prerequisite to this approval.
