2. Operation must be in accordance with Airbus Airplane Flight Manual, dated May 4, 2023 or later approved revisions.

3. Maintenance must be accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA MOD AI0252, rev B dated April 14, 2023 or later EASA approved revisions.

2. The EASA approved Airworthiness Limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced in the Description of the Type Design Section of this STC is mandatory.

3. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the operations limitations section of the Airplane Flight Manual referenced in the Description of Type Design section of this STC.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. This STC is applicable to all make and model of the A350-941 series.

6. The following design change is required prior to the installation of this STC:

MOD AI0254- Remove GoGo LRUS, Mounting Plates, Harness and VUS

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification are as follows:

a. The Type Certification basis for the A350-941 series is shown on TCDS T00063IB for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
