a. Flying Colours Corp. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness H708075 Revision B dated May 9, 2013, or later TCCA accepted revision.

b. ACS-NAI Ltd. Mandatory Maintenance Manual Supplement G576070 Revision NC dated May 25, 2010 or later TCCA approved revision.

c. ACS-NAI Ltd. Mandatory Maintenance Manual Supplement G576071 Revision A dated July 3, 2012 or later TCCA approved revision.

3. Operation must be in accordance with the Flying Colours Corp. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement H188091 Revision A dated May 7, 2020 or later TCCA approved revision.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to serial numbers 8111, 8112 and 8113 for this Make-Model.

4. Maintenance must be in accordance with the airworthiness limitation items sections of the mandatory maintenance manual supplements identified in the Description of Type Design Change section.

5. Operate in accordance with the Limitations section of the airplane flight manual supplement identified in the Description of Type Design Change section.

Certification Basis:

Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified MHI RJ Aviation ULC CL-600-2B19 is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the MHI RJ Aviation ULC CL-600-2B19 as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A21EA-1 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
