2. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with Cobalt Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Doc. No. as follows:

-ICA-001-018, Issue 1, dated December 16, 2022 -ICA-001-021, Issue 1, dated January 8, 2023 -ICA-001-023, Issue 1, dated January 8, 2023 -ICA-001-026, Issue 1, dated January 8, 2023 or later UK CAA accepted revisions.

3. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with Cobalt Aerospace Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement Doc. No. FMS-001-015, Issue 1, dated November 18, 2022, and Cabin Crew Operating Manual Supplement, Doc. No. CCM-001-014, Issue 1, dated December 15, 2022, or later UK CAA approved revisions.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers of this make/model.

4. Operation must be in accordance with "Limitations" section of Flight Manual Supplement referenced in item 3 of the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for the aircraft models are as follows:
