No. MDL/1635-001, Issue 5, dated November 29, 2022, or later EASA approved revisions.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
2. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with Eirtech Aviation Services Flight Manual Supplement Doc. No. FMS/1635-001, Issue 5, dated November 29, 2022, or later EASA approved revisions.
3. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with Eirtech Aviation Services Aircraft Manual Supplement Doc. No. AMS/1635-001, Issue 3, dated October 13, 2022, or later EASA accepted revisions.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with the "Limitations" section of Eirtech Aviation Services Flight Manual Supplement referenced in item 2, under description of type design change section of this STC.
4. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification are as follows:
a) The type certification basis for the Boeing 767-300 Series aircraft is as shown on TCDS A1NM for parts changed or affected by the change.
