Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Airbus SAS Models A319-111, A319-112, A319-113, A319-114, A320-211, A320-212, A320-214, A320-231, A320-232, A321-111, A321-112, A321-211, A321-271N, A321-271NX, A321-272N and A321-272NX are as follows:

The type certification basis for the Airbus SAS Models A319-111, A319-112, A319-113, A319-114, A320-211, A320-212, A320-214, A320-231, A320-232, A321-111, A321-112, A321-211, A321-271N, A321-271NX, A321-272N and A321-272NX as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A28NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
