1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Installation of STCs ST00130MC, ST00145MC, ST00146MC, SA9173SC-D, SA9189SC-D, SA9192SC-D and SA9199SC-D are prerequisites for this STC.

4. The FAA has not certified the following equipment for which the provisions are intended: mission systems printers, voice exchange equipment, data controllers, amplifiers, transceivers, and receivers. You must get additional FAA approval to install this equipment.

5. Equivalent Level of Safety Findings have been made for the following regulations(s):

14 CFR 25.251(b) Vibration and buffeting (documented in TAD ELOS Memorandum ST00363MC-T-F-1)

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Boeing 747-200B aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for 747-200B series airplanes is shown on TCDS A20WE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, 31 October 2014, was determined to be as follows:
