1. This approval should not be incorporated in any aircraft of this specific model on which other approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously incorporated approved modifications will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.

2. This modification installs several features which are nonconformities to type design and have been accepted by the customer for mission requirements. These features are shown on FAA Form 8130-2, Conformity Certificate - Military Aircraft, dated September 28, 1995 and are for public use aircraft only. All nonconformities must be corrected prior to returning the aircraft to a standard afrworthiness category.

Part 25 of the Federal Aviation Regulations: (continued) Compliance has been shown with FAR Part 36 through 36-20 for Stage 3 Noise level requirements.
