1. Manufacture and Installation of Foam Injection System must be in accordance with Cascade Aerospace MDL-4003, Revision 17, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved April 4, 2023, and Cascade Aerospace EO 4003, Rev. 4, TCCA approved December 23, 2022, or later TCCA approved revisions.
2. Operation must be in accordance with Cascade Aerospace Flight Manual Supplement FMS 4003, Revision 2, TCCA approved December 21, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
