1. Installation of Ku-Band Satcom with TMA must be in accordance with ALAMO Engineering GmbH Master Document List No. MDL21A33AE-01, Rev. A, dated March 31, 2022, or later EASA approved revisions.
The installation covers the upgrade of the existing satellite communication system by a Satcom Direct Plane Simple Ku-Band Satcom System consisting of: a Satcom Direct Modem Unit (SMU) in the aft equipment bay and an Advanced Tail Mounted Antenna (ATMA) on existing antenna frame assembly on the vertical stabilizer, covered by an existing Satcom Bullet Fairing. Obsolete parts will be removed.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
2. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with ALAMO Engineering GmbH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness No. ICA21A33AE-01, Rev. B, dated March 28, 2022, or later EASA accepted revisions.
3. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with ALAMO Engineering GmbH Flight Manual Supplement No. FMS21A33AE-01, Rev. A, dated January 21, 2022, or later EASA approved revisions.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.
4. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with the "Airworthiness Limitations" section of Instructions for Continued Airworthiness referenced under description of type design change section of this STC.
5. The aircraft must be equipped / installed with Satcom Direct Gateway (SDRG) or Satcom Direct Router (SDR) or can be modified concurrently with ALAMO Engineering, “Minor Change Approval project Upgrade”, project no 20A13/ 21A41.
6. AMT-50 Antenna Assembly (P/N 0476-A-00377) with ACU (P/N 0811-A-0001) and DLNA (P/N 0476-A-00364) must be removed.
