Description of Type Design Change: Modifications for Combi Configuration Fire Protection in accordance with Air Transport International Master Drawing List No, ATl930715, Rev J, dated 5/3/2006, and List No 2211-02, Rev F, dated 5/3/2006, or later FAA approved revisions. This STC is applicable to aircraft serial numbers 45911, 45918, 45955, 46070, 46110, 46129, 46142, 45922, 45961, 46013, 46130, and 46043. FAA Approved Hollingshead International AFM supplement AFM1-1, Revision A, dated 8/30/00, or later FAA approved revision is required for the DC-8-62/-62F, or Air Transport International AFM supplement AFM1-2, Revision IR, dated 5/2/06, or later FAA approved revision is required for the DC-8-72/-72F.
Limitations and Conditions: Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. A copy of this STC and Master Drawing List ATI930715 must be included in the permanent record of the aircraft. The alterations approved herein have been determined by the Administrator to be an acceptable means of compliance with the requirements of AD 93-07-15,
