Installation of a Courier Galley Module into a converter “E” Class freighter in accordance with the following Elsinore Engineering Documentation:
Master Drawing List 2250-02, Rev. B, dated 02/11/98, or later FAA approved revision.
Index List 2250-01, Rev. B, dated 02/11/98, or later FAA approved revision.
1. A copy of the STC and Master Drawing List No. 2250-02, Rev. B, must be included in the permanent records of the aircraft.
2. This approval meets the flammability requirements of FAR 25.853 (a) (c) Amdt. 25-83.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
4. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

On or after September 28, 2003 Service and repair instructions (bulletins, letters, etc.), the structural repair manual, aircraft flight manual and overhaul and maintenance manuals which contain a statement that the document is European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) approved are accepted by the FAA and are considered as FAA approved. These approvals pertain to type design only.
