1. Installation of Avianca Cabin Reconfiguration must be in accordance with Boeing Ireland Limited Change / Repair Approval No. BIL-00238-APP, Rev. 01, dated February 20, 2024, or later EASA approved revisions. The aircraft configuration is changed from 250 PAX (28BC / 222EC) to 291 PAX (20 BC / 271 EC).

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with Boeing Ireland Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness No. BIL-00238-ICA01, Rev. 00, dated August 29, 2023, or later EASA accepted revisions.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.
