Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, BAS67055007-ICA-1, Revision (NC), dated May 15, 2020, FAA accepted July 13, 2021 or later FAA accepted revision;

Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, BAS67045009, revision (NC), dated March 22, 2021, FAA Approved July 14, 2021, or later FAA approved revision.

The following documents are required for MDL BAS67015016-003 configuration of this STC:

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, BAS67055021-ICA-1, Revision (NC), dated November 4, 2021, FAA accepted March 9, 2022, or later FAA accepted revision;

Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, BAS67045009, revision (NC), dated March 22, 2021, FAA Approved July 14, 2021, or later FAA approved revision.

Certification Basis:

The certification basis for this STC is in accordance with Type Certificate Data Sheet, ТОО003NY, with the following exceptions:

1) Regulations at a later amendment than specified on 100003NY:

14 CFR 25.981(a)(3) Amendment 25-102 14 CFR 25.856(a) Amendment 25-111

2) Equivalent Safety has been established for the following requirement:

14 CFR 25.251(6), Vibration and Buffeting documented in FAA ELOS memo #: SA00609MC-T-F-1.

Limitations and Conditions: (continued);

1. The installation of Rockwell Collins ARC-210 VHF/UHF Multi-mode Communication System per SIC STO0044MC-D (ARC-210 Gen 4) or STO0238MC (ARC-210 Gen 6) is a prior/concurrent requirement for the MDL BAS67015016-001 configuration.

2. The installation of ADS-B Out Inhibit capability per STC STOO136МС is a prior/concurrent requirement.

3. Required/approved software versions are identified in the General Notes listed in MDL BAS67015016 revision (L) or later FAA approved revision.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. This design approval is limited to government/military use only in public aircraft operations.
