2. Operation must be in accordance with Mid Canada Mod Center Flight Manual Supplement FMS02027-2 Revision A, TCCA approved September 08, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Mid Canada Mod Center Maintenance Manual Supplement MMS02027-2 Revision E, dated February 15, 2023, or later TCCA accepted revision.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

4. Compliance with Chapter 3-53 "Airworthiness Limitations" of the Maintenance Manual Supplement is mandatory.

Note: This STC does not require a revised Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).

Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) §21.115 and §21.101, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited Models DHC-8-100 Series is as follows:
