2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Installation on aircraft models only that satisfy the configurations and criteria defined in document FCS-233-A319J, Issue 01, dated February 22, 2024, or later revision approved under the EASA system.
