2. Maintenance must be in accordance with 365 Aerospace DDS Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) as listed below:

-Document No. ICA-1002-001, Revision D, dated October 2, 2020, or later EASA accepted revisions.

-Document No. ICA-1002-002, Revision C, dated June 26, 2020, or later EASA accepted revisions.

3. Operation must be in accordance with 365 Aerospace DDS Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement as listed below:

-Document No. FMS-1002-001, Revision B, dated October 2, 2020, or later EASA approved revisions.

-Document No. FMS-1002-002, Revision H, dated August 5, 2020, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

4. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with "Airworthiness Limitations" section of 365 Aerospace DDS Ltd. ICA referenced under item 2 in the description of type design change section of this STC.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification are as follows:

a. The type certification basis is as shown on TCDS A53EU for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for is shown on TCDS A53EU for parts changed or affected by the change.
