1. KA-BAND SATCOM installation is composed of large antenna installation and line replaceable unit (LRUs) in the cabin. The modification consists of the installation with no activation of installed equipment.

2. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with the Airworthiness Limitations section of the ICA referenced in the Description section.
3. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the limitations section of the flight manual supplement referenced in the Description section.
4. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this model.
5. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
Certification Basis:
The FAA certification basis for this STC is the certification basis for the Boeing 737-8 in FAA TCDS A16WE rev.73 as amended by the following:
1. Equivalent Level of Safety (ELOS) Finding has been made for the following regulation: §25.251 - Vibration/Buffeting Compliance Criteria - documented in ELOS Memorandum ST11878IB-T-F-1, dated March 26, 2024.
