A16WE The Boeing Company 737-300 Series Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Cart Stowage in accordance with FAA Approved Driessen Master Data List MDL -101275, Revision “ C”, dated May 20, 1996, or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The cart stowage installed by this STC meets the heat release requirement (65/65) per 14 CFR 25.853 (a-1), Amendment 25-66, and smoke density requirement (200) of 14 CFR § 25.853(c) , Appendix F, Part V, Amendment 25.72. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain i n effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
