1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. Installation of the Universal Quick Access Recorder (uQAR) must be in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd. Master Drawing List as shown on FAA AML No. ST00197IB.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Flight Data Technologies Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness as shown on FAA AML No. ST00197IB.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Makes and Models as shown on FAA AML No. ST00197IB.

Note: This STC does not require a revised Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
