1. Installation of Gogo AVANCE L5 System must be in accordance with Sky Service FBO Inc. Master Data List, MDL23009-1, Revision 1, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved November 8, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with Sky Service FBO Inc. Flight Manual Supplement, AFMS23009-1, Revision 1, TCCA approved November 8, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Sky Service FBO Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA23009-1, Revision 2, dated November 8, 2023, or later TCCA accepted revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.
4. Mandatory inspection intervals must be in accordance with Chapter 4 of the ICA referenced in the Description section.
