maintained in accordance with AIRBUS Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), A-00-20/20-ICA Rev.03/00, dated August 20th, 2020 and A-00-21/01-ICA Rev.01/00, dated Januarary 11,2021, or later EASA approved revision.

1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2). If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3). This STC is applicable to all serial numbers to A319-133, A321-211, A321-212, A321-213, A321-231 and A321-232.

4). The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the limitations section of the flight manual supplement referenced in the Description section.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115, § 21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is as follows:

a. The existing type certification basis for AIRBUS (A319-133, A321-211, A321-212, A321-213, A321-231 and A321-232) aircraft as shown on FAA Type Certification Data Sheet A28NM for parts not changed or not affected by this change, and by Special Condition S-1 “Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) based on Supercapacitor Technology.”
