1. Installation of replacement cabin equipment must be in accordance with B/E Aerospace Limited Modification Data Summary M835000 Revision A dated August 12, 2024, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with B/E Aerospace Limited Airplane Flight Manual Supplement M835090 Revision NC, TCCA approved June 21, 2022, or later TCCA approved revision.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with B/E Aerospace Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness M835071-SMM Revision NC dated November 16, 2020, or later TCCA accepted revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.
4. The -3 Configuration – Fire Extinguisher Replacement referenced in Modification Data Summary M835000 is not approved.
Certification Basis:
Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified MHI RJ Aviation ULC CL-600-2B19 is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the MHI RJ Aviation ULC CL-600-2B19 as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A21EA-1 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the MHI RJ Aviation ULC CL-600-2B19 as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A21EA-1 for parts changed or affected by the change with the following addition:
• FAA Special Condition No. 25-821-SC Installation of a Therapeutic Oxygen System for Medical Use, Regulatory Docket No. FAA-2023-0068 effective May 24, 2023
