Description of the Type Design Change: The above Lockheed model which has incorporated STAR 3 STC, Inc. Master Drawing List STAR3-1010, dated December 11, 1995, complies with FAR Part 36, Stage 3 noise limits.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies specifically to the airplane model listed above. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will neither introduce adverse effects upon the airworthiness of that aircraft nor change the certification status under Part 36. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. See Page 3 for additional limitations and conditions.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
