This system has been determined to comply with the applicable airworthiness requirements with the following operative light assemblies: exit identifiers and/or flood lights - 2 bulbs operative, seat mounted red light modules - 50% operative (with no 2 bulbs out where there is a single module installed on the seat and no two (2) modules out where there are dual modules installed on each seat), and seat mounted white lights modules - 50% operative with no 2 modules in a row out.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
