2. PATS, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. 1, FAA approved November 4, 1994 is required with Configuration 1.

3. PATS, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. 1, Rev. 1, FAA approved January 26, 1995 is required with Configuration 2.

4. PATS, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. 1, Rev. 3, FAA approved August 17, 1998 is required with Configurations 3 and 4.

5. PATS, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. 1, Rev. 4, FAA approved October 2, 2000 is required for Configuration 3,4, 5 and 6.

6. Configurations 1-7: Aloft AeroArchitects, TM-8508-ICAW, Instructions for Airworthiness (ICAW), Rev. IR, dated May 07, 2025 or later FAA-accepted revision, is required for Continued Airworthiness.

7. APU Ignition Exciter, Unison Model 9049770-1/13 is required with Configurations 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, which utilize T-20G-10C3 Model APU.

8. No passengers may be on board the aircraft while the APU is operating unless a qualified crew member is also present on board.

9. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

10. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

11. Configuration 7 is applicable to previously installed configurations 1 - 6 of this STC, Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. 1, remains applicable for each previously installed configuration at the revision and date listed above for each configuration.

1. Based on 14 CFR §§21.101 and 21.115, and the FAA policy for non-significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Learjet Corporation Model 60 for this design change modification is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for this aircraft is shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A10CE for parts not altered nor affected by the design change

b. The certification basis for parts altered or affected by the design change since the reference date of project application is based upon Part 25 as amended through Amendment 25-73 as listed in the TCDS.
