73SN8001-MDL, Revision AD, dated August 8, 2013, or later FAA-approved revisions.

1. This STC may not be applied to an airplane with Koita Industries, Ltd., Seats and/or Seating Systems installed unless Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2011-12-01 has been complied with or a corresponding AMOC to AD 2011- 12-01 has been approved by the manager of the Los Angeles ACO.

2. LiveTV Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number 73SN8001-AFM, Revision D, dated September 30, 2013, or later FAA-approved revisions, is required and must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.

3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) for the 737-700, LiveTV Document Number 737N8001-NCA Revision C, dated April 13, 2012, or later FAA accepted revisions, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

4. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) for the 737-800, LiveTV Document Number 738N8001-NCA Revision H, dated April 13, 2012, or later FAA accepted revisions, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

6. Required structural inspections for compliance with CFR 25.571 on the 737-700 are listed in the Airworthiness Limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document Number 737N8001-NCA Revision C, dated April 13, 2012, or later FAA-approved revisions.

7. Required structural inspections for compliance with CFR 25.571 on the 737-800 are listed in the Airworthiness Limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document Number 738N8001-NCA Revision H, dated April 13, 2012, or later FAA-approved revisions.

8. Required structural inspections for compliance with CFR 25.571 on the 737-900/-900ER are listed in the Airworthiness Limitations section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document Number 739N8001- NCA Revision K, dated April 13, 2012, or later FAA-approved revisions.

9. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will produce no adverse affect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.

10. This STC may be installed on 737-700 aircraft with Koito of B/E Aerospace seats if installed in accordance with the applicable seat Supplemental Type Certificate as noted for each configuration on LiveTV drawing 737N1001, Rev. IR, dated June 19, 2009, or later FAA approved revisions.

11. This STC may be installed on 737-800 aircraft with Koito of B/E Aerospace seats if installed in accordance with the applicable seat Supplemental Type Certificate as noted for each configuration on LiveTV drawing 738N1001, Rev. IR, dated December 3, 2008, or later FAA approved revisions.

12. This STC may be installed on 737-900 aircraft with Koito of B/E Aerospace seats if installed in accordance with the applicable seat Supplemental Type Certificate as noted for each configuration on LiveTV drawing 739N1001, Rev. IR, dated October 16, 2008, or later FAA approved revisions.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the 737-700/-800/-900/-900ER series aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the 737-700/-800/-900/-900ER series airplane is shown on TCDS A16WE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, January 30, 2008, is based upon part 25 as amended by amendment 25-123. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and

21.101, and FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
